/hah-vah-ee/: paradise, perfect weather, and extraordinary experiences

Journey’s offerings in Hawaii have three main categories: Aloha Leadership, Language and Leadership, and an ESL & Leadership experience. All are done in partnership with BYU-Hawaii, local community groups, and youth agencies throughout Asia.

Aloha Leadership: In keeping with Journey’s research-tested model, we use high adventure activities and well-trained mentors to teach leadership, self-discovery, and self-confidence. Hawaiian culture is the theme and awesome activities such as surfing, sea kayaking, horseback riding, and rain forest trekking, among others…all become the classroom for youth 12-18 to better understand what they are capable of and how leadership works. Oh yeah...did I mention… it’s incredibly fun!
