TUITION refund/cancellation policy:
Prior to May 1, all tuition is fully refundable but you must make your cancellation in writing.
After May 1, there are no refunds of any tuition, deposits or other fees you may have paid and you may be charged for the balance of the program tuition fee if it is within 2 weeks of your program start date. Journey would have already incurred costs for your participation. In some cases, it may be possible to transfer your deposit or other non-refundable fees paid to another program within the same year. Contact the main office to discuss this possibility.
Participants sent home for medical reasons or at the discretion of the camper, family, Camp Director or other Journey staff will not receive a refund. Your parent or guardian will have to pay for your trip home and that payment will not be administered by Journey. Campers sent home for breaking any of the Journey Honor Code are not eligible for a refund.
Journey reserves the right to cancel any program sessions before the date of departure. If cancellation does occur, you have the option of receiving a complete refund or a transfer to another program.
DONATION refund policy:
Donations are not refundable. Internal Revenue Service regulations require we inform you that your donation is eligible to be claimed as a charitable contribution to the extent permitted by law. No goods or services were provided to you in exchange for any contribution. Our tax identification number is 20-8812495
